I write long.
My name is Teki Repalda.
Lately, i’ve been noticing the that people aren’t reading longer. Hell, people aren’t reading at all. With the rise of AI slop and the many ways you can be tricked that it’s written by a human being, we’re now prone to a kind of TLDR norm.
So why am i doing this?
Because despite of all that, we humans still long for authenticity. And i also hope that with long-form writing, we are made to be patient with ourselves and with others. Yes, i need patience. The older i get, the less tolerant i am of bullshit. Yet, growing old requires grace. So writing allows me to be patient. And hopefully we all journey towards that same grace.

I have over 30 years of CX and outsourcing leadership. But i love to teach, share knowledge and write.
A few things before you go gallivanting around life and this site. This is still a work in progress. I plan to share all my toolkits, spreadsheets, PPTs and work-related spin offs here. And all of that is for free.
(Except perhaps when you need me for speaking engagements and classroom teaching. The economy is quite crazy, so having an income helps.)
Some links may not work yet. I’m trying my best to devote an hour or two everyday to maintain the blog. But my eyes are failing me the past five days. The doctor says i should just dictate my thoughts into my phone. But it’s not the same. I ramble more when i speak. I still ramble when i write. Then again, that’s how you know it’s me. It’s the ADHD kicking in.
Also i am doing this with WordPress on Hostinger. I used to pay for a WordPress.com Business Plan and i didn’t have to worry about blog maintenance in the past. Now i do. Too much plugin junk that you don’t really need. If i were younger, and had more time on my hands within the day, i would have HTML/ CSS an indie website. But my time is going to be sucked preparing, rather than writing. If i do that, it will take time for me to publish online.
My point about this being on Hostinger-powered WordPress: it may crash. Because i don’t know anything about CDNs and the technical side of website performance. I will try to mimic a backup with GitHub in the future. (Or do Obsidian Publish, maybe.)
If you know me personally, you can get in touch with me through social media. If you want to get in touch with me, just comment in anyone of my blogs and we can go from there. (I’ll set up email only when there’s a volumetric need. I’m not a big fan of email-based newsletters. I’d rather read a book or watch Kings and Generals on Youtube.)
Just in case i write something that might get me cancelled in the future, know that i am a product of my own generation. (Damn, that’s such a copout!) And i will make amends and do an apology write up and reflect a lot on what could’ve been done better. The best apology is changed behavior. No amount of writing gives an apology justice anyway.
I am unsure if i am a good writer. That really depends on what you want to read. If it makes you think or feel. And perhaps you reading this makes me learn how to be a better one.
